Philosophy

The educational Philosophy of Bethel Elementary is based on a God-centered view,

That the Bible is the infallible Word Of God.

We Commit to promote  high academic standards, while helping the students to achieve skills in creative and critical thinking; using the best integrated curriculum available. The objective is to prepare children  Spiritually, Mentally, Intellectual, Physically, Social and Emotional to a higher educational level as well as  prepare them to be the men and women of tomorrow with responsibilities to God, their family, their Country and their vision.

I will praise You, for I am Fearfully and Wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well, My frame was not hidden from you, when I was made in secret, and skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.

This scripture is the foundation of our Mission and philosophy, we know that god created children and we have a responsibility to nurture all students with a compassionate love, respecting that they were created for a purpose and with a plan. Therefore, extending help to the parents, providing a Christian education that promotes good moral behavior, obedience, loving one another, sharing, caring, with a daily goal to achieve personal integrity, accepting challenges, building academic success, and inspiring them to explore educational experiences, in a safe, supportive and positive environment.

 

We believe that each child is unique and  Wonderfully made, they each have an individual pattern and timing for growth, as well as individual personality, learning style and family background.

Children’s sense of self worth derives in large part from their experiences within the family.  We would like to be an extension of you to your child.  We welcome parents to be a part of this educational process by providing us with information on your backgrounds, experiences and socialization.

 

We believe that learning is fun in an environment in which each child is encouraged to develop totally as a trusting, self reliant, independent, communicative and loving individual.
